From Freeze to Flow is a reset for your body and mind. It helps switch off survival mode and bring you back to focus, vitality, and flow so you can move forward with purpose and have the life you deserve.

“From Freeze to Flow” coaching includes: Eight weeks of one to one coaching support, including weekly 45 minute sessions, a final integration session with your own personalised plan, and lifetime access to the “From Freeze to Flow” course. This includes guided somatic yoga, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, nervous system reset tools, journaling prompts, and audio practices.
Course Journey: The “From Freeze to Flow” blueprint follows a system moving from your core foundation up to your highest self. Each week focuses on one energetic centre, supporting your nervous system reset and personal growth.
We begin with grounding and nervous system reset through the root centre. Then we explore creativity and flow through the sacral. We build confidence and clarity in the solar plexus, then move into self-leadership and compassion in the heart. From there, we strengthen communication in the Throat, deepen insight through the Third Eye, and expand your perspective in the Crown. Finally, we bring it all together with Embodiment, helping you integrate your growth into daily life.
