Hi, I’m Alice Whitfield, a nervous system yoga and pilates coach with 23 years of experience as a frontline paramedic, and 8 years guiding clients through movement.
I’ve witnessed first hand how chronic stress, burnout, and trauma affect the nervous system, and I’ve lived it too.
After years in high stress emergency work and navigating the emotional effects of a toxic relationship, I found myself suffering with chronic stress, stuck in my fight or flight nervous system.
Although I understood the science of survival, I couldn’t truly thrive until I began working directly with my nervous system. It was through yoga, pilates, and nervous system somatic practice that real healing began.
These ancient, science supported yoga and pilates tools helped me reset my nervous system, rebuild emotional resilience, return home, and rise to my true authentic self.
I spent 20 years in chronic stress and burnout. Now I live from my body, not for others, and I help people just like you do the same.
I draw on a combination of skills and experience in Nervous System Health, Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Breathwork, and Life Coaching. This integrated toolkit allows me to support you through both evidence based practices, spiritual and soul nourishing techniques.
