About Me
Hi, I’m Alice, a Yoga Nidra and Nervous System Coach, with 22 years of experience as a paramedic. I’ve seen firsthand how chronic stress impacts the mind, body, and spirit. I deeply understood the science of survival, yet I found it challenging to truly thrive, until I discovered the life changing power of mindfulness, somatic yoga, and yoga nidra.
These practices became my sanctuary, breaking the relentless cycle of fight or flight and offering a pathway to deep rest, creativity, and empowerment. Through Somatic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness, I rebuilt my emotional resilience, reconnected to my creativity, and realigned with my authentic self. These ancient techniques, now backed by modern neuroscience, are more relevant than ever in today’s fast-paced world.
