My Nervous System Regulation Journey

In my 40s, I reached a point where I could no longer ignore the patterns running beneath the surface. Something deeper had always been calling, beyond what the world measured as achievement and success.

Years of over achieving, people pleasing and isolation left me disconnected from my body and what I actually needed. When I finally understood what my nervous system was doing, everything changed. I rewired unhelpful patterns and stepped back into my sovereign self.

As a paramedic with 24 years of clinical experience, I know what stress does to the nervous system at its most extreme. Moreover, I know exactly how to bring it back to calm.

Now I guide others like you through the same journey.

Through Yoga Nidra and meditation you rest, through Yoga, Pilates, and nervous system techniques you regulate, and through life coaching skills you rise. Together, we move from isolation into connection, from people pleasing into self trust, and more aliveness as you step into your true sovereign self.
