My Nervous System Regulation Journey
I’m in my 50s, and through this work, I’ve transformed my own health, mindset, and path.
After years in a high-pressure career, I realised I was living my life in the fight-or-flight nervous system response. With education, I discovered that true resilience doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from learning how to regulate the nervous system and work with the body rather than against it.
Now I guide others like you to rest through Yoga Nidra and meditation, regulate through Yoga, Pilates, and nervous system techniques, and rise through life coaching skills—so you can move forward with clarity, energy, and ease.
