My Yoga and Pilates Journey
I’m in my 50s, and through this work I’ve transformed my own health, mindset and path.
After years in a high pressure career, I discovered that true resilience doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from learning how to regulate the nervous system and work with the body rather than against it.
Now I guide others like you to rise through Yoga and Pilates methods that truly work — informed by neuroscience, rooted in nervous system awareness and supported through embodied practice.
