About Me
With 22 years as a paramedic, I know the toll constant stress takes on the mind, body, and spirit. Despite understanding the science of survival, I didn’t truly know how to thrive and build resilience until I discovered yoga and emotional intelligence.
Yoga Nidra became my lifeline, offering deep rest and breaking the cycle of fight or flight. It reconnected me to my creativity, strengthened my resilience, and aligned me with my authentic self. Paired with movement, these practices healed stagnant energy and restored balance.
