Hi, I’m Alice Whitfield, a Yoga and nervous system coach with 22 years of experience as a frontline paramedic. I’ve seen how chronic stress, burnout, and trauma impact the nervous system, and I’ve lived it too.

Years of high-stress emergency work, followed by the emotional toll of a narcissistic relationship, left me in a deep state of functional freeze.

Despite understanding the science of survival, I couldn’t thrive until I discovered the healing power of somatic yoga, mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra. These ancient, science-backed practices helped me reset my vagus nerve, rebuild emotional resilience, and reconnect with my authentic self.

Now, I guide others on the same path, out of freeze and into flow, where clarity, creativity, and true healing can begin.
