My Nervous System Regulation Journey

I’m in my 50s, and through this work, I’ve transformed my own  life. Years of people pleasing and isolation left me disconnectedfrom my body and what I actually needed. When I finally  understood what my nervous system was doing, everything  changed. I rewired unhelpful patterns and stepped back into mysovereign self.

As a paramedic with 24 years of clinical experience, I know  what stress does to the nervous system at its most extreme and I know how to bring it back to calm.

Now I guide others like you to rest through Yoga Nidra and  meditation, regulate through Yoga, Pilates, and nervous system  techniques, rise through life coaching skills, move from isolation into connection, from people  pleasing into self trust, as you step into your sovereignty.
