My Nervous System Mastery Journey

For years, I was stuck in people pleasing, overthinking, and putting everyone else’s needs ahead of my own.

I struggled to set boundaries without guilt. I felt disconnected from my body and constantly on edge, even when nothing was wrong.

Everything changed when I understood what was happening in my nervous system.

What I thought were personality flaws were actually protective patterns my body had learned over time.

Now I help others understand those patterns, regulate their nervous system, and create lasting change from the inside out.
