Group Yoga Coaching


Rest • Regulate • Rise™ is an 8 week group coaching  programme for people who  are waking up to their  patterns and ready to rewire.  If you have spent years peoplepleasing, staying isolated, or  disconnected from yourself, this programme is for you.  We blend yoga, somatic movement, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and life coaching to help you move from survival mode into genuine connection, self trust,and calm sovereignty. The key is working with your body  first, not trying to think your  way into change.

The programme is hosted inside the Skool learning platform, where all sessions, practices, and community support are accessed in one place.

You can’t think your way out of what your body has learned. Body work  is where the real change happens. When your nervous system settles,  emotional balance, creativity, and clarity naturally return.
