Group Yoga Coaching


Rest • Regulate • Rise™ is an 8 week nervous system led group coaching programme blending science backed yoga, somatic practices, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and mindset work.

It supports people who feel stuck in stress, burnout, or survival mode to restore calm, clarity, and embodied confidence, by working with the body first, not forcing change through mindset alone.

The programme is live and hosted inside Skool, where all sessions, practices, and community support are accessed in one place.

You can’t think your way into safety. This work helps the nervous system settle so emotional balance, creativity, and clarity can return, without pushing or striving.
