Each week offers a full-body recalibration, focused on healing, alignment, and soul-led growth. We begin at the root chakra, laying down the foundation of safety and stability for your nervous system. From there, we rise, moving gently through each chakra energy centre, unlocking the clarity, confidence, and wholeness that’s already within you. Week 8 invites you to integrate everything you have explored, this is where true embodiment takes root.
